Our EDM area is well equipped with modern equipment and a very adequate supply of interchangeable tooling. The operators are extremely well qualified toolmakers who combine many years of experience in all phases of precision tool work. They depend on all their skills to design and produce the intricate electrodes and set-ups needed to complete the complex molds and spare parts that Area Tool manufactures.

Using the 4 station tool changers these machines can be set up for production runs as well as prototype work. Complex forms can be back burned onto parts as well.
