CNC milling and turning
Not all shops that provide CNC machining services offer options beyond 2-axis machining, but we’re proud to specialize in 3-axis and 5-axis milling. Regarding CNC turning, our lathes are equipped with live tooling capabilities for faster machining, lower costs, and enhanced accuracy and precision.
Wire EDM
Our wire EDM capabilities enable us to achieve intricate geometries that traditional machining can't achieve. Using the Makino U3 and U6, we ensure unmatched accuracy, surface finish, and efficiency. Our American-made CurrentEDM CNC DrillMate enhances our wire EDM solutions with small-diameter hole-popping capabilities.
Sinker EDM
Sinker EDM (also called “ram EDM” or “plunge EDM”) is an excellent choice for making parts with complex shapes and deep cavities. We leverage sinker EDM when creating intricate parts with tight tolerances—especially for our medical customers. Ideal for blind features and sharp angles, sinker EDM is our method of choice for delicate parts. Our advanced Makino EDAF2 equipment helps us ensure superior surface finishes and unmatched precision.
Surface grinding
Surface grinding requires a high degree of finesse and skill. Our experts utilize manual Harig surface grinders and Okamoto wet grinders, which can both achieve the precise grind tolerances and superior finishes essential for complex assemblies, particularly in applications requiring seamless interaction between multiple parts.
Sandblasting
Used primarily for aesthetic finishing, sandblasting gives parts a uniform finish. Sandblasting overcomes the discoloration caused by heat treatment; it also smooths features that can’t be accessed for post-machining. Best of all, sandblasting won’t alter your part's dimensions.
Laser engraving
Our Gravotech fiber laser provides fast and reliable laser engraving solutions, allowing for precise, permanent markings on almost any material. Laser engraving is ideal for part identification, inspection, revision, serialization, and even graphics.
Cerakote®
Cerakote is an ultra-durable, super-strong ceramic-epoxy mix that provides exceptional corrosion, abrasion, and chemical resistance. Thinner yet more durable than powder coating, Cerakote is suitable for metals, woods, and plastics. Our in-house Certified Cerakote Applicators ensure a high-quality, customizable finish, with a variety of colors available for diverse applications from aerospace to sports equipment.
Quality inspections

Our Keyence IM-8030T Visual Inspection System provides rapid, precise 360-degree measurement verification—at no extra cost to our customers. Heat treating. Fast, effective heat treat services enhance a metal’s hardness and wear resistance. This efficient process ensures impeccable quality and durability for your precision machined parts.
Solution annealing. Request solution annealing for parts made from austenitic stainless steel and high-nickel alloys. Solution annealing benefits include stress relief, increased corrosion resistance, and improved machinability, contributing to faster production, ensuring consistent part quality, and creating cost savings.
Plating. Choose from a diverse range of metal plating solutions, including passivation, thin dense modular chrome (Armtec™), low temp titanium nitride, black oxide, anodize, electroless nickel, Dicronite™. Your parts will benefit from improved durability, enhanced aesthetics, and superior functionality.
Centerless grinding. Centerless grinding services provide unmatched precision for cylindrical components, achieving exceptional roundness and surface quality.
